You know the aviation transaction market (lessors, MROs, brokers, lease return, pre-purchase inspection) or you learn it fast. You will own outreach, qualify pipeline, prepare for and run prospect conversations, and push interesting conversations toward a real first transaction. You understand the positioning (Sparengine is the auditor, not the logbook) and you can sit credibly across the table from a technical buyer. Self-directed, structured, allergic to a deal that never closes.
