The Role: Scope & Execution

You are the bridge between aviation domain truth and how the system behaves. You define what the platform must find, flag, and never miss, and you validate outputs against the standard a professional records auditor would expect.

• Define audit logic: AD and SB compliance, life-limited parts, back-to-birth continuity, release certificates, and task compliance versus task sign-off
• Validate outputs: review what the system produces against real cases and the standard a Part 66 engineer or auditor would hold
• Encode expertise: translate how an auditor reads a logbook, a Form 1, and a CRS into rules the pipeline can apply consistently
• Flag the traps: identify where tracking systems and physical records conflict, and ensure the system always sides with primary evidence

Requirements

• Real records experience: Part 66, CAMO, records audit, or pre-purchase inspection background
• Document fluency: you read logbooks, work packages, Form 1s, and CRS documents the way an auditor does
• Judgment: you know the difference between a document being present and a task being genuinely closed
• Clarity: you can explain why a finding matters, in writing, to a non-specialist team
