These terms cover the Sparengine website and customer platform. You must be authorised to act for your organisation. Any separately agreed customer contract continues to govern the services it covers.

Sparengine helps users organise and review aviation records. Available features and processing limits depend on your agreement and workspace configuration.

Use the service only for lawful purposes and within your authorised access. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious software, bypass access or safety controls, or disrupt the service. You are responsible for the recipients you choose when sharing or exporting records.

You retain your rights in the material you provide. You must have permission to upload it and allow Sparengine and its providers to process it for the agreed service, including storage, analysis, reports, backups and support. Tell us about special confidentiality or location requirements before uploading records.

We use providers to operate the service, including hosting, backups, AI processing, email and support. The information shared depends on the feature used.

Using providers does not remove our obligations to you. Provider changes remain subject to your agreement and applicable law. Third-party products you access separately may have their own terms.

AI results can be incorrect or incomplete. Check important findings against the original records. Sparengine does not certify airworthiness, authorise maintenance or release aircraft or components to service. Generated illustrations are visual aids, not evidence of asset identity or condition.

Outages, maintenance or network problems may delay processing or affect features. Agreed service levels, support and remedies remain governed by your contract. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sparengine harmless from any claims related to your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. In case of dispute, jurisdiction shall be determined according to the applicable French legal provisions.

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply without limitation.

Use of the service is subject to the applicable terms and customer agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; reading it does not replace any separate consent required for a particular use of your information.
