WHAT GOES IN

Records arrive in the state they exist, not the state they should

No one hands over a clean dossier. Records arrive as they were kept across years, owners, and maintenance organisations. Out of order, incomplete in places, inconsistent from one source to the next.

Most systems expect the customer to fix that first, to organise and standardise the dossier before anything can be done. But that preparation is the hard part of the work, not a step before it.

Sparengine takes the records as they are. The engine is built for the dossier that exists, not the one that should.

THE ENGINE

What happens when the records go in.

The records processing is the central work Sparengine does. The dossier is read in full, and the asset's history is reconstructed from the records as they were kept across owners, maintenance organisations, and jurisdictions.

The work follows the way an experienced records auditor would approach the dossier, applied with consistency and at a scale no individual could match. The customer does not operate it, configure it, or learn it.

The records go in. The processing happens. The answer comes out.

No setup. No tools to learn.

You send the records exactly as they are, and receive a structured, defensible answer in about 48 hours.

WHAT COMES OUT

A clean answer, organised by what matters most

The processing produces different outputs depending on the engagement. A pre purchase calls for a snapshot of the asset, organised around the questions that decide a transaction. A part out calls for component cards, one per significant part, with the history and certifications behind each.

Whatever shape the output takes, the work is the same. Components are traced back through their service life. The findings that affect a transaction are surfaced first, the rest organised behind them.

And behind every value is the page it came from.

THE PART THAT MATTERS MOST

An answer is only worth as much as what stands behind it

Every value Sparengine produces is tied to its source document. Every figure can be opened and checked against the page it came from. Nothing is asserted that cannot be shown.

That is what makes the output defensible. The customer can stand in front of a buyer, lessor, regulator, or auditor and answer the one question that decides records work: where is the proof. With Sparengine, it is already attached.

Where is the proof? Already attached.

Stand in front of anyone who asks — every figure opens to the source behind it.

WHEN THE RECORDS ARE IMPERFECT

The engine works on real dossiers, and real dossiers have holes

Real records are never complete. Pages go missing, scans are unreadable, one document contradicts another, a task is listed but never signed off.

A system built for clean data breaks here. Or worse, it fills the holes with assumptions and presents them as fact.

Sparengine does the opposite. Where a record is missing, it says so. Where two documents disagree, it shows both. Where something was listed but not confirmed, it flags it rather than counting it as done.

A record is missing

It says so, rather than guessing.

Two documents disagree

It shows both, rather than picking one.

Listed but not confirmed

It flags it, rather than counting it as done.

The gaps are part of the answer. In a transaction, the gaps are often what matters most.

SEE IT IN ACTION

Put it to the test on records you actually have

The fastest way to understand the engine is to watch it run on a dossier you know. Send us an asset and we will show you exactly what comes out: the same records you would hand an auditor, returned cleaner, faster, and traceable.
