One of the outputs Sparengine produces. A structured, auditable view of an aircraft or engine, built from the records you already have.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
The snapshot is one of the outputs of Sparengine's records processing. It answers a single question. What is the true state of this asset, and what does the paperwork actually prove.
Not a folder of sorted files, and not a tool you operate. A finished view of the aircraft or engine, organised so the things that affect a transaction come first.
You send the records. The processing happens. You receive the snapshot. What was buried across thousands of pages comes back as one clear, defensible view of the asset.

WHAT'S INSIDE
What the asset actually is: the aircraft or engine, its serial numbers, configuration, and tracked components. Nothing can be verified until the identity is fixed.
Where the asset stands today: hours and cycles, maintenance position, and compliance across airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Not what was planned, but what the documents show.
The numbers that move the price: life limited parts near their limits, components approaching overhaul, time before the next major event. What a buyer or lessor negotiates on, surfaced without digging.
The findings that can slow or stop a deal: continuity breaks, conflicting records, compliance that cannot be confirmed. Flagged early, while there is still time to resolve them.
The gaps to close before the asset can change hands. What is absent from the dossier, stated plainly, so it can be recovered, not discovered at the worst moment.
WHAT YOUR RECORDS BECOME
You do not need to prepare anything. The snapshot, and every other output Sparengine produces, is built from the records exactly as they exist today.
Whatever the format, PDFs, scans, photographs, ZIP archives. Whatever the contents, logbooks, maintenance records, back to birth documentation, MIS exports. Whatever the volume, one document or tens of thousands of pages.
It all goes in as it is and comes back as one structured view. The mess stays on our side. What you get back is clean, organised, and traceable to the source.

The records you already have are enough. They just have to become a snapshot.
WHY IT MATTERS
Reading that would take a team weeks is already done. You start from the answer, not page one.
What is missing or inconsistent shows at the start, while there is still time to recover documents. Not at closing, when it costs the deal.
The same logic applied to every asset, every time. Two engagements produce findings you can compare, not variation that depends on who did the work.
Behind every figure is the source document it came from. Show your work to a buyer, lessor, or regulator, because the proof is already attached.
SEE A SNAPSHOT
The fastest way to understand a snapshot is to see one built from records you already know. Send us an asset and we will show you exactly what comes back.
