Our hardest design problem is making complex, high-stakes technical output legible to a lessor, MRO, or broker in minutes.
The Role: Scope & Execution
You turn dense technical output into interfaces people trust under pressure.
- Design the deliverables: knowledge graph views, audit findings, and confidence levels, made clear without being dumbed down
- Work from direction to Figma: share the design approach before building, then convert it into structured, handoff-ready Figma
- Design for trust: in a regulated context, clarity and honesty about uncertainty beat decoration every time
- Handle density: comfortable designing data-heavy views that stay readable
Requirements
- Product design fundamentals: hierarchy, layout, and interaction in complex interfaces
- Figma fluency: structured, organized, handoff-ready files
- Judgment: you know when to remove rather than add, especially with dense information
- Collaboration: you share direction early and iterate, rather than disappearing and returning with a finished surprise
